Boxing as an art has no such restriction & can appeal to anyone in any age group . We teach successful boxing methodologies that focus on the standardization of fundamentals while allowing for individuals to develop their own unique competitive style. Each student possesses their own set of strengths & weaknesses.
We focus on conditioning drills & boxing drills structured in rounds. Such a rigorous workout will reduce & relieve stress. Jumping rope will develop your aerobic fitness, eye-hand-foot coordination & agility. A variation of the traditional pushups to increase your punching power, a variation of sit up for a strong core. You will learn shadowboxing, correct footwork & set up. Focus mitts drills will develop speed accuracy, punch combinations & defensive techniques & heavy bag work to develop punching power & endurance.
